Unified Communications Architect
Location: United States

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct architectural, policy, and design analysis of the current voice environment and connectivity.
- Configure new environments and connectivity to support service and application migration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to coordinate and execute migration efforts.
- Provide after-hours support and implement changes as necessary to ensure system reliability.
- Manage Day 1 support and ensure seamless hand-off to operations post-migration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize voice systems, including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CUBE, Oracle SBC, Genesys, NICE, and Microsoft Teams.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice connectivity issues to maintain service quality.
- Document configurations, processes, and migration steps for knowledge transfer.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies throughout the migration process.
Preferred Experience and Attributes:
- Strong experience with voice technologies (Cisco Call Manager, Cisco CUBE, Oracle SBC, Genesys, NICE, MSFT Teams).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale voice migrations.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in supporting mission-critical applications in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
